Employee is unable to "Add" ICP plan compensation to multiple assignments.

The “Add” button for adding the ‘compensation plans, ICP’ is there via Quick links>>Show more>>Manage Personal contributions but same is missing when navigating via ‘Directory’. Enclosed screen shots for reference.
