Restricted Party Match Highlighting Does Not Happen if the Company Name/Alternate Name of the 'Party' Matches With the Name of the 'Denied Party'. (Doc ID 2569775.1)

Symptoms

GTM Restricted Party Match Highlighting does not happen, if the company name/alternate name of the Party matches with the name of the Denied Party.

EXAMPLE:
------------

- Party ID: XXX

Company Name: COMPANY NAME
Alternative Name: Alternative Name

- Restricted Party ID: XXX

First Name: First Name
Last Name: Alternative Name

- Service Preference: XXX

Match Engine: Dice
Threshold: 0.850

Service Parameter: XXX
nameCompany Forward 0.8 0.95 Match Disable Highlighting=N
Country Forward 1.0 0.0 Match Disable Highlighting=N
FullAddressLine Forward 0.0 0.05 Match Disable Highlighting=N

Select Party ID: XXX > Actions > Restricted Party Screening and use the Service Preference: XXX

Issue:
The Party Screening - Potential Matches is showing the Restricted Party as a Potential Match, BUT the result is not highlighted.

Note:
If you click on the Review Match Factor, You will find that GTM has actually did the following evaluation with match factor 0.95, and the result is highlighted.

firstName + lastName+ companyName
firstName + lastName + alternateName
