Fusion Compensation: WFC: Salary Basis Column Not Delivered In The Comp Worksheets (Doc ID 2569851.1)

Goal

When managers do promotions within the workforce compensation module which results in a new job and new grade for the worker, there is no delivered column where they can choose the salary basis. When they promote, their salary basis may change form the existing one. This worksheet column is not available - hence managers are unable to choose the salary basis for promotion.

When compensation data is transferred to Core HR using the delivered transfer process, does the system update core HR with the employees current salary basis and new ranges based on the new grade (if grade rates for that grade is attached to the same salary basis)? Is there an ER in place for this and is this expected by design?
