Symptoms

You've created a new spreadsheet with one or more cells using the HsGetValue function. You copy the content from one of these cells and paste it in another cell. When you subsequently refresh the sheet, an error displays: "Member Does Not Exist For The Specified Cube Or You Do Not Have Access". You have been granted access to the member in question.

If the original HSGetValue cell is deleted, the sheet will then refresh without error.
