OCI - Intermittent Network Connection Issues In OCI Instances

OCI instance is found to be intermittently receiving and sending network packets. There are a lot of disconnections seen from the instance, all other instances work well but the issue is seen in one specific instance which indicates a particular problem on the instance and not on the VCN.
This happens on different protocols like SAS, ping or SSH service ports for instance, this happens with outbound as well as inbound connections where packets are lost.
