Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Receipt Accounting
Customer is facing an issue, when customer is going to Receipt Accounting work area, he can see 6 records in Exception, when he clicks on that it shows the details of the 6 records and all the 6 records are from source LCM and having error message as "supplier site information missing for the Landed cost charge BU SET UP MISSING".
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Receipt Accounting Distribution
2. Go to Receipt Accounting work area
3. click on Exception and found the error
