Account Alias Transaction fails with error 'The values provided for the transaction source segments are invalid' (Doc ID 2570898.1)

Symptoms

User wants to create an Account alias issue using Inventory transaction FBDI file. On executing the FBDI the transaction gets stuck with an error as mentioned below and also 'Source reference' field remains blank:

Error: "The values provided for the transaction source segments are invalid".

The user is able to create account alias issue from UI with same alias name and details without any issues.
