Unable to create receipts from Lockbox file

We are using BAI2 format of lockbox to process receipts ,We were getting the below error

ERROR

Starting ARLPLB
Transmission header amount disagrees with sum of receipt amounts
In No data found exception block. Sqlcode:1403.
AR-ARLVCB: Warning - Item 1 missing overflow record
  Error: Item 1 of batch 32 missing overflow.
AR-ARLVCB: arlvln returned FALSE
AR-ARLVCB: work has been rolled back.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import data file.
2. Submit Process Receipts Using Lockbox process.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import lockbox receipts in production.
