Symptoms

 For Overtime premium element of type time category, payroll calculation process is using Overtime Earning Balance as a blended rate for calculating OT Premium rate which is incorrect.

This issue occurs when straight time overtime and premium overtime elements are defined using the Time Category (meaning originating from Time and Labor) and not the Standard category.
