On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, CX Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the OSC > CPQ integration, unless the integration user is the owner or on the team of the opportunity, the OSC details are not displayed on the quote.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The OSC details should be displayed on the quote.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Sales > Opportunities
3. Search and edit opportunity
4. Switch to Quotes and Orders subtab
5. Click the Create Quote button; the OSC details are not displayed on the quote.
