Purpose

 Fast Formulas in Performance Management

Scope

 In Performance Management, the fast formulas can be used to evaluate the eligibility of person assignment for a performance document period, to derive a user defined formula for calculated ratings for the sections - Goals, Competency or Overall Summary and to extract the performance setup and evaluation data in Extracts module.
