Tab Not Working Like Before With Dynamic Page Layout (Doc ID 2573116.1)

Goal

We are experiencing an issue where when using the "Tab" button to go select values in a picklist, it does not load the dynamic page like it used it.

Steps to reproduce the issue are below and a video is attached.

1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Select "Contacts"
3. Select any Contact
4. Select the "Orders" tab located on the left
5. Select the value of "TPC" for the Order category field manually
6. Hit the Tab button on your keyboard and press the letter "T" to load the value of "TPC Order" in the Order Type field.

It should now load the next page layout because we have a dynamic page layout based on the value selected in the Order Type field. It does not. 

This happens with any fields that are similar to this when trying to use tab.
