Goal

Is it possible to use Net Change Collection to load Sourcing Rules from EBS?

 

Ideally, Target Mode cannot be used for Sourcing Rule. If Sourcing Rules exists in Fusion, and the same rule is coming from EBS with different Effective Date, then Collections will ignore these records. Existing Rules need to be deleted and re-loaded in Fusion. With this scenario, is it possible to use Net Change mode, so that there isn't a requirement to delete and reload the record in cloud.
