Symptoms
- When attempting to run the 'Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes' process for an employee, the following error occurs.

- An error has occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME.(ETNAME=US_FEDERAL_INCOME_TAX_PROCESSOR)
- No residence address has been defined for the employee.

The customer made a change to the employee's hire date in Person Management.
