Fusion Goal Management: What is the Limit on Goal Description Max size in HCM (Doc ID 2576015.1)

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Goal Management

19B Mobile Responsive View: Goal Description Maximum Characters in HCM

It appears when adding a goal to the goal library, the maximum permissible characters for the description i (including spaces) is 2000.

However, when adding a goal to a goal plan as an HR Specialist it appears as though the Goal Description allows for a maximum of 4,000 characters. Please confirm the maximum permissible characters for a goal description AND if that setting is configurable (and if so, where).
