ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is having issues with some values that are not being displayed correctly/entirely in different locations.
When trying to create a PPM, CHECK option is either displayed or not being displayed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When trying to create a PPM, CHECK option should be displayed from all the different navigations.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) My Workforce (My Client Groups) > Search for a person no. > Select Manage Personal Payment Methods > Create Personal Payment Method
Here, under "Organization Payment Method, the options available include the "CHECK" option.
2) Person Management > Action > Payroll > Manage Personal Payment Methods > Create Personal Payment Method
Here, under "Organization Payment Method, the options available do not include the "CHECK" option.
