ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No roles are found on the LOV under "Add Role" in order to assign role to the new contingent worker

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
List of Values for Role Name should populate in the "Add Role" window when searching for roles to add to a Contingent Worker.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management > Users and Security > Manage Users
2. Search for Contingent Worker
3. Attempt to Add a new Role using + in the Role Requests
4. No roles showing on LOV
