CMK Not generated the AR Invoice Outbound message -> Collaboration Messaging History dashboard is blank

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

CMK to generate the AR Invoice Outbound message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Application
2. Complete the CMK to generate the setup.
