Error Loading Swift MT940 Bank Account when using Balance Tag 60A/62A (Doc ID 2578132.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Manage Banking-Manage Bank Statements

You are importing a bank statement in Swift MT940 format and it has tags 60A and 62A

The following error can be seen in the log

The following error is encounteredoracle.apps.financials.payments.shared.inboundFile.controlService.applicationModule.ControlAMImpl::Error: JboException while executing loader interface
oracle.apps.financials.payments.shared.inboundFile.controlService.applicationModule.ControlAMImpl::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-CE:::CE_BS_FILE_PARSE_ERROR: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>CE-660228</NUMBER><TEXT>An error occurred while processing the data file. Check the log file, purge the error, correct the data file, and reprocess it.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT>...


If you change the 60A and 62A lines to 60F and 62F then the bank statement processes without error.
