Navigate to:

  1. Billing --> Create Transaction
    Error message appeared: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_STANDARD", line 4 ORA-06512: at line 1
  2. Billing --> Review customer account details --> Search for Customer Account and Business Unit
    Error message appeared ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_UTIL", line 4 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_BAL_UTIL", line 1506 ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_BAL_UTIL", line 1706
