Symptoms

DIPC Agent cannot connect to Goldengate Manager


startAgentInstance.sh

ERROR DIPC-AGNT-0002: Agent request to GoldenGate failed. Check if GoldenGate Performance Metrics Server is running on the connected GoldenGate instance : java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
NOTIFICATION GoldenGate Manager is not running or configured ....
NOTIFICATION Configuring GoldenGate Manager ..

dicloudAgent.log shows the error:
