On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Configuration
Upload of data for user-defined measure completes with error when loading at aggregate level month or week.
ERROR
"The value provided for the attribute TIM_LVL_NAME is invalid."
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the Measures.csv template and use week or month for time level
2. Load the zip file
3. Monitor if the process completes successfully.
