Unable to create internal requisition for interorg transfer order

Symptoms
When business added item#XYZ in the requisition line UI, system pop error though the below setups were configured
Setup
Reviewed the Interorganization Parameter where setup defined for source organization and destination organization. Also reverse direction also has been defined
Transit Time has been defined for source org location and . location Also reverse direction also has been defined
Reviewed the assigned the shipping method to transit time
Reviewed the "Enable supply availability details for internal orders" check box in manage requisition business functions
Reviewed the item setup and it has Transfer order enabled attribute. Planning wasn't enabled as they aren't using planning
Review item cost of that item#XYZ
Checked the preferences where inventory destination type was added.
ERROR
The source organization for the given destination type cannot be determined. Contact your Supply Chain Operations Manager. (POR-2010790)
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the interorg item and tab in the requisition line
2.(N) Procurement->Purchase Requisitions->More Tasks->Enter Requisition Line
