Symptoms
After the maintenance on Friday, August 16, 2019 7:00 PM PDT, unable to deploy the applications to JCS-SX instance. The following error is seen in JCS-SX Administration console:
An error occurred while performing 'Deploy Application': Failed to read config file,/middleware/dc.properties (Permission denied)
