Element under salary basis is not displaying all information

We are setting up Salary Basis for Legislative Data Group - Philippines
We have configured Element PHL_Salary under Primary Classification Standard Earnings for Legislative Data Group- Philippines
When I select the element in salary basis, only Payroll Element and currency is displayed.
Reporting Name, Classification, Recurring Entry, Employment Level and Automatic Entry values are not displayed.

Please refer to the attached word document for screen shots related to Salary Basis and Payroll Element configuration.

Need to know what I am missing in setting up the payroll element for the salary basis
