Error During Allocate Landed Cost Charges To PO In Trade Operation (Doc ID 2579721.1)

Symptoms

User created trade operation and provided the required details, but while trying to allocate the charges, getting the below error message.

Error message: The allocation process failed because another allocation process request is in progress. (CML-3720008) Cause: The allocation process with number: 1556680 is currently in progress. Action: Wait for the current process to complete before running the next process.

Business impact: Multiple items has to be received and delivered to customers, due to allocate charge error (as explained above) which is affecting the entire trade operation process, the landed cost process is put on hold due to system error. This is affecting customer on time deliveries and costing process.
