Any BI Publisher can be scheduled from General tab

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BI Publisher report from which schedule button is clicked, only that particular report should be allowed to schedule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Financial Reporting Center
2. Search for the Report
3. Click on Schedule it will open a General tab where you can select any other reports
