Unable to find Account Hierarchy in OTBI Analysis when it is published successfully

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account Hierarchy should be available in OTBI Analysis when it is published successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Navigate to Reports and Analytics
3. Run any OTBI analysis in which expected Tree Hierarchy should be visible
