Symptoms

We are unable to upload any file to our Content and Experience Service instance.  We are seeing the following error:   

"Can't upload file at this time. Please try again later."

The details from the error are:  

 Error storing file in object storage : Object Storage - Bucket was not found [HTTP 404]
