Symptoms

 When attempting to run scheduled process to Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balances Cubes, the update process ends in ERROR.    

Error in Log file:

Period Member Id conflict validation returned failure status, please see log for the possible errors. Hence skipping dimension build for this cube ::FINANCE.Please re-run the program after rectifying the errors/conflicts.
Period Member Id conflict validation returned failure for all the cubes for COAxx

updateCOADimensions: Error:: All the cubes have failed while validating for Period Member Id conflict

validate_Period_MemID_Conflict --> period_set_name: Finxxx; period_type: MONTH0xxxxx 
validate_Period_MemID_Conflict --> Rule 7: period names matching Segment values member id format for Segment7
