Symptoms
Manager can see worker rating bar but cannot see the participant rating bar
in the graph of Rating Summary on the Participant Feedback dialog window.
Navigation Step
1. Worker evaluate performance rate of overall summary
2. Worker/Manager request participant feedback
3. Participant evaluate the worker performance rate
4. Manager open the worker evaluation and click participant count link
5. Open the dialog of the participants performance rating summary
6. Only worker rating bar is shown but participant rating bar is not shown
