Symptoms

 On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis

When attempting to preview report in target environment post migration, the following error occurs.

Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio, Fusion Edition
2006

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate a report from source instance to target instance
2. Connect FR studio to target instance and open migrated report
