Show Routing Option Is Following Service Provider Constraint On The Order Release (Doc ID 2584627.1)

Show Routing Option is following service provider constraint on the order release

It does not show all the service providers even though the constraint is removed from the Show Routing options page

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Navigate to Order Release page and search for an order release

2. Click on constraints

3. Enter the Buy Service provider

4. Click on Actions

5. Perform Show routing Options

6. Remove the constraint for Service Provider

7. Click on Refine Options

Now the system is not showing other service providers though the service provider is removed from refine constraints

8. Remove the constraint from the Order release

9. Perform the Refine options and now its showing all the other service providers
