Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Manage Banking-Manage Bank Statements
When attempting to Upload Bank Statements, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The zip file contains data file with invalid extension:mt940
There were no valid data files found in the zip file. Only .dat, .csv, .xml, .txt, .ack files are accepted for data files.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Processes - search for Load Interface File for Import
2. Select a file with format .mt940
3. Submit the process which ends in error
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload bank statements.
