Symptoms

Pagination issue with receipts API.
The call returns the first 5 requested records and also informs that there are 32139 total results.
When it is attempted to retrieve 500 through 505, REST will not return any results.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Submit REST: purchaseOrdersForReceiving
2. Find that API does NOT return data past 500th record.
