Symptoms
When attempting to launch HCM Cloud mobile app, the following message occurs:
"ATTENTION: This environment is not configured for the Mobile optimized experiences. Please contact your administrator and have follow MyOracleSupport Document ID 2399671.1 enable it."
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Configuring following profile as Y site level: HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED; PER_PERSONAL_INFORMATION_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED; PER_DIRECTORY_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED; PAY_PAYROLL_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED; ANC_ABSENCES_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED; PER_EMPLOYMENT_GUIDED_FLOWS_RESPONSIVE_ENABLEDPER_MY_TEAM_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
2. Launch HCM Cloud mobile app
