Item Templates Is Not Applying Promptly (Doc ID 2586961.1)

User is calling up a custom template in the Create New Item UI, but template will not apply to item.

It is expected that since the template is available from the drop down menu in the template options, that it will apply to the create item after clicking OK.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Product Management > Product Information Management > Task List > Create Item >
2. Select Organization, Number of Items = 1, Select Item Class
3. Under Templates, select the Template from the available list, Select desired order for Templates in "Selected List" keeping in mind last listed template over-writes prior template in list
4. Click OK
5. Verify Item Template has applied
