Goal

There is a custom role which appears to have lost access to be able to add costing information to a person element entry.

Compared it to a role which still has access to add Costing information, but after adding additional roles and recompiling the security profile, the issue is the same.
Unable to establish what permission is missing from the role which is causing this behavior.
