On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Item Attribute Groups and Attributes

Customer recently deleted an attribute "BeneficiosAtividadePrivate" when going into the manage items getting error.

Definition paises of type Attribute is not found in ItemEFFBinformacoesdesegurancaeregulaPublicEO

Clicks OK

Selects Item

Then gets error:

JBO-25002: Definition
oracle.apps.scm.productCatalogManagement.advancedItems.flex.egoItemEff.item.contexts.entity.association.ItemVersionEOToItemEFFBBeneficiosAtividadePrivateEO of type Entity Association is not found.
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

Client tries to run the Deploy Item Extensible Flexfields and gets Error

* Bounce in this instance

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for and open the Task "Deploy Item Extensible Flexfields"
3. Search for the Flexfield Code EGO_ITEM_EFF
4. Select Actions -> Refresh and Deploy Offline (NOTE: DO NOT select the Deploy Offline button as this is a slightly different process -> you must select Refresh and Deploy Offline from the Actions menu)
5. A "processing" icon will show in the Offline Status column -> wait a few minutes and then search again -> the symbol should disappear and a Green Check will show in Deployment Status
6. Sign out
7. Sign back in
8. Try accessing the Manage Items screen.
