Custom Properties are missing in the Shopping Cart Widget - Knockout Context (Doc ID 2588593.1)

In a Customized PDP, when adding a product to the Shopping Cart, it gets redirected to the Cart Layout.

Opening the Developer Tools, Inspecting Shopping Cart Widget knockout context we notice the following,

Underl cart > items[0] > productData only a few properties are listed and all Product Dynamic Properties are missing.

Layouts and widgets have been customized and differ from the OOTB.
