Symptoms

Error "Unable to execute function. (RESP_ID=50064/REP_APPL_ID=200)" While accessing EBS Integrated Account Payables(AP) Tasks from FCCS Close Manager.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to FCCS application
2. Click on Tasks
3. Click on Schedule
4. Select the Template
5. Click on AP_CLose
6. Open the tasks as AP10E
7. Click on Report option
8. It throws an error as mentioned above.

This error occurs in all the browsers.
