Cannot Enter Residential County School District For OH Employee (Doc ID 2588946.1)

Cannot enter residential county school district for OH employee.

Unable to enter the School District information in employee's calculation card. The state of OH requires you to pay school district tax where you live. For OH residents, this requires manual input of an employee's school district. The correct place to enter this information in the employee's profile is through their Manage Calculation Card. On the left side, under Component Groups, Regional, OH, Geauga (the county in which he lives) and Chesterland there is a place to input the School District.

When click on Action > Correct in the top right corner, normally able to enter the proper school district for Ohio employees. However, when searching for the school district that should be associated with his home address, there are no drop down options and unable to search for anything. His proper school district should be West Geauga LSD. Is it possible that this school district / zone is not in the system?

In an attempt to correct this, in his Manage Person screen, corrected his Home Address to include the Tax District, which is Chester Township. This, however, was unsuccessful in populating school district options.
