Test connection from DM to HCM is being failed with following error:

Script Standard Error: com.hyperion.aif.ws.client.FlowActionsService.ServiceException: JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_INVALID_ATTRB_API_SERV: <MESSAGE><NUMBER></NUMBER><TEXT>The value of the attribute flowName: EPBCS Assignment Data_1902 and legislativeDataGroupName: null is not
