On :  N/A version, Password Management

IDCS Federated login fails for a specific user, works for the rest.

Oracle Identity Cloud Services cannot authenticate the user account, contact your system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login at federation partner
2. Received the error noted above.
