When attempting to run the Prepare What-IF Analysis job, the following error occurs.

ORA-01403: no data found
The What-If Analysis program is complete.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. fill in data in the Perform What-IF Analysis page. Period start is Jan-20 from fiscal year 2020.
2. submit
3. the Prepare What-if Depreciation Analysis job is triggered. This ends in Success but displays this error message in the log.
