Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When an activity is added or modified in P6 Pro Cloud Connect, the user listed in the Added by or Last Modified By column is 'NotPrmUser', not the user that added/modified the activity.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see user that added/modified the activity listed as the user in the 'Added By' or "Last Modified By" field.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Pro Cloud Connect.
  2. Create a project.
  3. Add or modify an activity.
  4. Add the "Added By" and/or "Last Modified By" column to the layout and see it is 'NotPrmUser'.
