View Quote Information In Salesforce While Using Lightning (Doc ID 2592930.1)

The goal of this document is to provide guidelines on how to open the Salesforce Quote detail page both in Classic and Lightning views.

While integrating CPQ with Salesforce using Lightning mode, different behaviors occur when clicking on a quote in Lightning and classic views:

In lightning mode when clicking on the quote name, the CPQ Quote page opens.
In classic mode when clicking on the quote name, the Salesforce Quote detail page opens. In order to open the CPQ Quote page, the "Edit" button needs to be clicked.
