Symptoms

Upon using the createReferenceAccountsForBillToSite webservice (/fscmService/ReceivablesCustomerProfileService?WSDL) in order to create reference accounts the following error is encountered:

AR-857304 The specified Site Number is invalid.There are no customer account site records existing or being uploaded with the specified Site Number
