Person Profile Is Not Visible After New Hire (Doc ID 2593119.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When new employees are hired, the person profile should be auto created and available under My Client Groups> Profile page. However 5-7 days after new
hire the profile page is not bringing up the persons. We have scheduled the process every night "Update Profile Search Keywords" with parameter "Full Job" and still not seeing the persons.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see new employees in Profiles page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. New hires imported
2. Update Profile Search Keywords scheduled to run daily
3. Do not see employee in Profile page

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access employee profiles via Profile navigation .
