Are Saved Transaction accessible by other users?
We have a question about the “Save and Close” option associated to the actions in the system, for example the “hire a non worker”.
We have launched a non worker hire process with a user, and have inserted the personal details of the employee, and then we have clicked on “Save and Close” button, without submitting, leaving the action suspended.
Other users in the system may have evidence of the saved transaction, and , for example, finishing the hiring process ?
